„Liza Minnelli joins her Cabaret co-stars for 40th anniversary in Manhattan’s Ziegfeld Theatre – where the movie originally premiered in 1972. (…) Cabaret hasn’t been shown in a decade because one of the film reels had a vertical scratch. Restorers recently went frame by frame through the entire film – all 1.4million of them.
